Rule 15
Classification, level and capacity of passenger vehicles
The level and capacity of passenger vehicles shall be as follows:-
(a) Bus: Having the number of seats that can hold 26 to 56 passengers including the driver,
(b) Minibus: Having the number of seats that can accommodate 15 to 25 passengers including the driver (c) Jeeps, vans, pickups and microbuses: having a maximum seating capacity of 14 passengers including the driver,
(d) Cars and taxis: Having a maximum number of seats for up to 5 passengers including the driver (e) Tempo: Meter connected tempo with maximum 4 seats including driver and other tempo without meter having maximum 13 seats,
(f) Motorcycles, scooters and sun signs: Having the number of seats that can accommodate a maximum of 2 passengers including the driver.
